Does my card ever expire?
Yes. Once the return is delivered to our distribution center, the e-credit will be disabled, if left unused.
If I lose my card, how can I get it back?
Once the e-credit has been disabled, the return will be processed. Once processed, the customer will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
Why was I issued a card and not a refund?
An e-credit is issued when a web order is returned. The e-credit gives the customer a chance to place a new order right away, without having to wait for a refund.
How do I use my payment card on a future purchase?
Just copy the card code right in the "Gift card and discount" box at checkout. Click apply and the card will apply to the order. You can also use your card at our stores.
Return time：Within 30 days after receiving the items.
We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
