Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over customs delays. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
Due to special case, your parcel may be authorized for delivery at a ‘safe area’ without an authorized recipient to sign for the package. Signatures upon delivery are not required by the courier and will be at the discretion of the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Should no authorized recipient be available at the time of delivery, the shipping company may leave a notice and/or either attempt delivery at a later time or make the parcel available for collection at a local depot or authorized location.
Before an attempted delivery, you may change your delivery preference on the tracking number page provided or you may contact customer service directly. It is not authorized to select the delivery preference on the receiver’s behalf. Once the tracking number has been provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking updates provided by the shipping company and arrange for re-delivery or collection from an authorized location if necessary.
